Claudia Di Natale

Album Title: The Little Things
Release Date: June 1, 2005
Genre: Pop
Sitting somewhere between adult contemporary and contemporary country, Claudia DiNatale's debut full-length, The Little Things, could potentially get her attention from either audience. The lack of twang and strong presence of piano would suggest that an AC future is where DiNatale is headed, but, hey, you just never know. The melodies on the 12-track disc are pretty and so are the lyrics, but the main detraction from it all is that DiNatale's voice isn't particularly strong. It's not like that fact has stopped anyone before; it's just a matter of not pushing so hard. Unfortunately the Windsor songstress overexerts her voice constantly on the record, which would work if she was singing punk rockóbut, she's not.
