Have you ever been minding your own business and heard someone's conversation and then you find that you can't stop listen to it, all of the sudden you catch yourself just before you say something about the topic, well, that is what Stuart Valentine meant with this album.

It brings to the table a very deeply personal, intimate vibe that Stuart wants you to relate to and with nice melodies that you can hum with if you can't sing or you can turn up the volume and let him do what he does best. This Portland, OR native has many talents as we find out on this release, song writing is just one of them as he plays almost every instrument on the CD, and also designed the cover art and released it himself.

I was very impressed to find the level of subject matter very socially conscious of today's age of self-disillusion of what everyone else thinks of them. Stuart seems to hit it with a very big hammer and you can still hum along. Stuart's music is fun because his lyrics can actually say something and make you think even after you stop listen to it.
