King Elementary

Album Title: Kudzu
Release Date: July 12, 2005
Rating:
Genre: Rock
Part punk and part pop (but definitely not pop-punk), King Elementary are loud, melodic, and just a wee bit on the scream-y side. S'pose one could call them garage rock if that weren't so decidedly uncool in the year 2005. Hailing from somewhere in the United States that could possibly be L.A., King Elementary most likely do not want to work but, however, do want to bang on the drum all day. Other than the mopey "Sand and Romance", Kudzu sits pretty solidly in the World Formerly Known As Garage Rock. Other than that there's not a whole lot you can say about King Elementary without listening to them, except that they can whip out some not-too-bad guitar skills when necessary (of both the regular and bass varieties).
