Taylor Sorensen

Album Title: The Overflow
Release Date: 2004
Rating:
Genre: Rock
Michigan born musician Taylor Sorensen wrote his first song at 8 years of age and continues to stay true to what he does best, beautifully composing rock music with a message. Those from the Midwestern US may have seen Sorensen touring with his band The Free Doves, but for those of you who have not had the pleasure, check out his second release, "The Overflow". To Sorensen, "The Overflow" is all about sharing God's love, "That kind of love is an active love, a love in motion" he says. This is most aptly found in the album's single, "Love Somebody Else" which is radio worthy and rasps with Sorensen's unique ability to sing as though he's not even trying, but is able to spout absolute talent and energy effortlessly. Sorensen provides music that teaches you to look at the world with a fresh set of eyes and in the values you choose to embrace.
