New Sarah Slean Album Due

Published: 2004-07-19
She's been recording for the better part of the year, but Sarah Slean has finally announced the release date of her next record. On September 14, Slean's second major-label release called 'Day One' will be put on the shelves of your local music store. At this time the track-listing for 'Day One' has yet to be unveiled, but check Slean's official site at www.sarahslean.com for constant updates.

The first appearance Slean made on a major-label was with 2002's 'Night Bugs'. The album contained the hit 'Sweet Ones', along with ten other of Slean's unique piano driven songs. Many of the songs that appeared on her major-label debut had first ventured out into the music world via her two previous independently released records, 'Blue Parade' and a 2001 self-titled release. 'Night Bugs', however, was able to bring Slean a wider audience, which continues to grow with the help of her live shows.

Slean will be doing a series of dates in sunny California this summer.
