Jethro Tull Tour To Include Acoustic & Electronic Sets

Published: 2004-06-25
Ian Anderson and company - better known as Jethro Tull - will be touring North America in the fall. So far dates have been booked for November and includes four Canadian performances.

The band plans on dividing the shows into acoustic and electronic sets. The first half of the concert will be acoustic and the second half electronic.

Anderson's flute playing abilities provides Jethro Tull with a unique sound that has kept the band in the limelight for 25 years.

In April Jethro Tull reached back in to the past and issued remastered and expanded versions of three of their early albums. "Busting Out" and "Stormwatch" include additional tracks not available on the original releases. "A" includes a bonus DVD with live footage from the "A" tour and some of the band's music videos.

November 6 London - John Labatt Centre
November 10 Ottawa - National Arts Centre
November 11 Montreal - Bell Centre
November 12 Quebec City - Grand Theatre
