P.O.D. Teams up with Sony Playstation

While the members of P.O.D. make no effort to hide their beliefs, they do not consider themselves a Christian band. The band's frontman Sonny Sandoval says that this faith would show no matter what he did. P.O.D. considers themselves to be a hip/hop band.

P.O.D. has been together for 13 years and released six CDs. Their newest "Payable on Death" has more to offer than just a music CD. P.O.D. has teamed up with Sony and "Payable on Death" is the first CD to be packaged with a videogame for the Sony Play Station 2. The game "Amplitude" is a music oriented game and not the typical shoot 'em up game. The version of "Amplitude" that is a part of the package also contains a new P.O.D. song. The package also includes a DVD segment which has a key to a web site with more P.O.D. music and some art by painter Daniel Martin.

P.O.D. offers their fans more than just a song.
