Mississippi singer-songwriter Ginny Owens is releasing her tenth project on September 16, an EP entitled Ephemera. The EP is an acoustic offering that brings five new original compositions and several cover songs. Ephemera was recorded during Owens' time in her hometown of Jackson, Mississippi where she saw her mother endure cancer treatment.
The EP is leading up to Owens' next full length album that will be released this Winter which is currently untitled. However, those who pre-order Ephemera will be able to stream the full length album before its release. In the meantime, Ephemera will be available on www.ginnyowens.com, iTunes, and a handful of other legal download music sites mid-September.
