Coldplay Gets Own XM Radio Show

Published: 2008-06-27
British band, Coldplay, will be taking over their very own satellite radio station for July and August. Channel 51 of XM Radio on satellite radio will be devoted to all things Coldplay come July 15th where the alternative rockers will play exclusive content from the road as they tour North America to promote their recently released record, Viva la Vida. Other special audio features, such as interviews with the band members, rarities and more will be aired during the month that "30 Days of Coldplay" will be on XM Radio. The Coldplay run ends August 15th.

The group came out with Viva la Vida earlier this month to great success both in Europe and in the United States, getting their first number one single with the title track in America. They are beginning their North American tour on the 14th of July.
