Teddy Geiger Working on Sophomore Album, Asks Fans to Choose Tracks

Published: 2008-06-19
Nineteen-year-old singer-songwriter Teddy Geiger has been working on his follow up to his debut album, Underage Thinking, which came out in 2006. Geiger 's upcoming sophomore record, tentatively named The March, has been in preparation for some time now and he says he has grown a lot since his major label debut. Geiger is doing things a little differently this time around, having written 33 songs for the upcoming album and posting them online so that fans can help choose the final track listing for The March.

Visitors to Geiger's official website at http://www.teddygeiger.com can participate in the TG33 survey which allows them to choose which songs they prefer most out of the list of 33 made available and they can also choose to download individual tracks for playback at a later time. This unusual approach, as well as the audience response to the new material on his current tour, will help Geiger in his ultimate decision-making for what will make up The March come its September release. Eleven songs, based on people's ratings, the number of streams a song receives and the number of purchases, will make the final cut.
