Goo Goo Dolls Release ‘Greatest Hits Volume Two’

Nineties alt-rockers the Goo Goo Dolls are releasing the second part of their greatest hits collection in August. The band known for their soft rock hits like "Name", "Slide" and "Give A Little Bit" tore up the charts in the nineties with astounding commercial success. Their 1998 hit "Iris" was featured on the soundtrack for the film City of Angels and spent eighteen weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart.

Last year the band released Greatest Hits Volume One: The Singles which featured all of their hits including the new song "Before It's Too Late" from the Transformers movie soundtrack. On August 5 the band will release their follow up Greatest Hits Volume Two: B-Sides and Rarities. The CD/DVD set will include 23 previously unreleased b-sides, rarities, new covers, all 24 of the band's music videos, and some live performances.
