Razorlight Drummer Creates Solo Album to Benefit Charity

Published: 2008-04-01
Andy Burrows, who plays drums for Anglo-Swedish group Razorlight, is working on his debut solo album, which will benefit a charity in Winchester, England.

The record is slated to come out sometime in 2008 and is in its final stages. Though the exact charity for which proceeds will be given from the album's sales have not yet been revealed, it's not the first time Razorlight has contributed to a good cause. In 2005, the indie rock band contributed the song, "Kirby's House" to the War Child compilation, Help: A Day in the Life.

Razorlight's last album was their self-titled second CD, which came out in July of 2006.
