Musical project the Neverending White Lights, spearheaded by Canadian Daniel Victor, will be releasing its sophomore disc on October 30th, entitled Act 2: The Blood and the Life Eternal.

Act 2: The Blood and the Life Eternal is the follow up to the Neverending White Lights' 2005 debut, Act 1: Goodbye Friends of the Heavenly Bodies, whose special guests included fellow Canadian artists like Dallas Green, Raine Maida, Scott Anderson and Todd Kerns. The new record contains 15 songs filled with special guests, using the same formula Victor used on the first Neverending White Lights CD, with both Canadian and international artists.

Produced by Daniel Victor in his basement in exactly 400 days, Act 2: The Blood and the Life Eternal will be released by MapleMusic Recordings. Vocals and other musical help and inspiration was provided by Auf der Maur, Mat Joly, Rob Dickinson and more. Victor himself sings on the first single, "Always".
