Underoath Plan Live CD/DVD, Show Quick Thinking on Tour

Published: 2007-10-03
Florida's Underoath are currently headlining on their Fall tour with Every Time I Die, Poison The Well and Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. Recently, drummer/vocalist Aaron Gillespie's infection in his hand needed to be operated on so he couldn't play the Las Vegas show. Miraculously though, in order to avoid canceling the remaining tour dates (including Las Vegas) the band recruited drummer Kenny Bozich (who also works with Gillespie on The Almost) despite Bozich's remote location in the mountains of Utah. Bozich had just enough time once informed to catch a flight to Las Vegas which would land only 25 minutes before the band took to the stage at House of Blues. The band texted the set list to Bozich while he was on the flight and they all played a strong 40 minute set.

At the October 28th show in Philadelphia fans can expect a multi-camera shoot for their new CD/DVD which is set for release early next year. The band is touring behind their gold-certified third album Define the Great Line.

Canadians can catch the band on a road trip to these fine cities:

October 10, Seattle, WA - Showbox SoDo (formerly The Fenix)
October 20, Detroit, MI – The Fillmore Detroit (formerly State Theatre)
October 23, Buffalo, NY – Evolution
