Lenny Kravitz Releases New Album Early Next Year

Published: 2007-09-25
American rocker Lenny Kravitz is shooting for a February release date for his newest album, It's Time for a Love Revolution.

This will be the singer's eighth full-length disc, which was recorded a little bit of everywhere around the globe, including Paris, New York, Miami and Kravitz's personal studio in the Bahamas.

Kravitz tells Billboard.com that the record is more stripped down than previous efforts, and the themes include love, politics and of course, life in general. There is definitely a tour being planned for the record, though no details have been set in stone.

Kravitz's last record was 2004's Baptism.

The track listing for It's Time for a Revolution is:

"Love Revolution"
"Bring it On"
"Good Morning"
"Love Love Love"
"If You Want it"
"I'll be Waiting"
"Will You Marry Me"
"I Love the Rain"
"A Long and Sad Goodbye"
"Dancing Till Dawn"
"This Moment is all There"
"A New Door"
"Back in Vietnam"
"I Want to go Home"
