Tokyo Police Club Touring North America with New EP

Ontario quartet Tokyo Police Club are to begin a Fall tour of their native Canada as well as the U.S. this October in support of their upcoming EP, Smith.

The indie rockers have announced a 17-date tour across the continent, which will go from October 2-25th. There are 6 Canadian cities that will see Tokyo Police Club live, though so far, the only dates are for the more western provinces.

Smith is coming out on October 23rd on Paper Bag Records and will contain four songs and three videos. The group released their A Lesson in Crime EP in 2006 and recently signed to Saddle Creek Records to work on their forthcoming full-length debut.

The enhanced portion with the videos will have:

Oct. 16th, Victoria, BC - Sugar Nightclub
Oct. 17th, Vancouver, BC - The Plaza Club
