Backstreet Boys New Album Due This Fall

Published: 2007-08-13
The Backstreet Boys are back again and this time without original member Kevin Richardson.

As far as the album goes, band member Nick Carter says it will show some growth. Despite the loss of Richardson to Broadway, the band will cut its losses for now in the vocal department. "We're all great singers so we can all cover different ranges. AJ sings bass. I can sing bass. So, we just cover the parts," says Carter. He also went on to tell Billboard.com that the multi-platinum pressure has been lifted from their boy band days and that the best and most enjoyable part of being in a group, now, is their stage show.

Expect the Backstreet Boys to tour in 2008 in support of their upcoming new album due out October 30 via Jive Records.

I fell in love with these boys when I heard 'All I have to give' 10 years ago and I love them even more now. Their new album takes my breath away. I'm so proud of them.
