Rage Against The Machine May Release Live Album

Published: 2007-06-11
August 24 is the date set for a new Rage Against the Machine album. The live album would be from their Coachella Valley Music and Arts concert from late April.

Rage Against the Machine split in 2000 due to what lead singer Zack De La Rocha said, "the band's decision-making process has completely failed". De La Rocha went on to start a very low profile solo career while the other three members of Rage began the short lived band Audioslave with former Soundgarden lead singer, Chris Cornell. The band reunited for what was supposed to be a one time gig at Coachella.

Rage is also set to perform four shows at the Rock the Bells Festival with Wu-Tang Clan this summer.
