Sasquatch Music Festival Brings the Bands Out to Play

The third annual Sasquatch Music Festival will be Saturday May 29 (Memorial Day weekend). Held at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington (a short distance from Vancouver across the border) Sasquatch is a day long music festival featuring a who's who of west coast indie musicians. On tap for this year's event are the Roots, the Shins, Sleeter-Kinney, the Black Keys, Thievery Corporation, the Postal Service, Built to Spill, the New Pornographers, Cat Power, the Long Winter, Gary Jules, the Decemberists, Donavon Frankenreiter, Alexi Murdoch, Preston School of Industry, Nellie McKay, the Fruit Bats, and DJ Cherry Canoe. The event will occur on two stages.
