Paul McCartney's Memory is on Overdrive

Published: 2007-05-01
There seems to be no stopping a Beatle. Paul McCartney has another full length studio album that is ready to hit the shelves. Memory Almost Full will be this summer's follow-up to 2005's Chaos and Creation in The Backyard.

The 13 track album has been a long haul process. Paul and producer David Kahne have been working on the material before he had even started work on Chaos and Creation in the Backyard. The album will be released exclusively on Hear Music, which will collaborate with Starbucks and Concord Music group and be sold in their venues.

The title of the new album is intriguing and McCartney defines it when he spoke with NME, "I was thinking about what would sum the whole thing up and Memory Almost Full spring to mind. It's a phrase that seemed to embrace modern life; in modern life our brains can get a bit overloaded."

To listen to McCartney's full memories you'll have to wait till the disc drops, June 4th.
