Def Leppard to Rock North America on Major Summer Tour

Published: 2007-04-19
Classic rock outfit Def Leppard is getting set for a major North American tour in which they'll hit 50 cities. The tour will last all summer beginning in Cincinnati on June 27 and finishing in Edmonton, Alberta on September 30. However, if this summer stretch of Def Leppard shows is anything like the band's last tour, it may go on longer than predicted.

The band toured in 2006 with Journey and there was such high demand for tickets that the tour went three times over. This summer, the band will be hitting the road on a few dates with fellow rockers Styx and Foreigner.

The current Canadian dates for the tour are:

July16 - Toronto, ON - Molson Amphitheatre
July 17 - Montreal, QC - Bell Centre
July 21 - Sarnia, ON - Sarnia Bayfest
September 27 - Vancouver, BC - General Motors Place
September 29 - Calgary, AB - Pengrowth Saddledome
September 30 - Edmonton, AB - Rexall Place
