Maroon 5 Release New Record 'Before Long'

Published: 2007-03-06
Pop rock band Maroon 5's long anticipated sophomore debut is set to hit stores this May.

The band blew up with their debut album Songs About Jane whose singles like "Harder to Breathe", "This Love" and "She Will Be Loved" penetrated radio stations and led to eight million album sold worldwide and toured with the likes of Gavin DeGraw, Matchbox 20, Michelle Branch and John Mayer.

Their new album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long, will be the band's first without drummer Ryan Dusick. He amicably left the group in September due to joint and nerve injuries that make him unable to continue as a drummer but didn't leave the band completely stating on the official website, "I worked in the creative process and production of the new M5 album with the title "Musical Director", and I hope to collaborate with the band again in the future." He also mentioned that he is still friends with the other members of the band including his replacement Matt Flynn.

The album's first single will be "Makes Me Wonder", here are the rest of the tracks on the album:

"If I Never"
"Little of Your Time"
"Wake Up Call"
"Won't Go Home Without You"
"Nothing Lasts Forever"
"Makes Me Wonder"
"Can't Stop"
"Goodnight, Goodnight"
"Not Falling Apart"
"Better That We Break"
"Back at Your Door"
