Norah Jones Reclaims Top of the Chart

Published: 2007-02-22
The Chicago emo boy's, Fall Out Boy, managed to knock out jazz singer, Norah Jones from the top spot of Billboard's charts last week. With Infinity on High reaching number one it was the first time the boys reached this much of a high. The high would not last as long as liked as Norah Jones put up a tough fight in the charts. The boys first number one record was bitter sweet as this week Norah knocked them off their number one position, reclaiming top spot with her disc, Not Too Late.

Already on its third week of sales, Not Too Late is still running high while selling nearly 211,000 copies this week. As Norah triumphs over the Boys they stumble downwards. Infinity on High has sunken down to the 5th position on the charts. There sales have diminished a whole 50 percent.
