Newcomers to the hard rock scene Brides of Destruction released their debut album "Here Come the Brides" early in March. The Brides of Destruction are making the circuit to support the new release. Dubbed the Honeymoon from Hell tour the band is out to put danger back in rock and roll.

The only Canadian date on the tour schedule in a May 11 show in Toronto.

The Los Angeles heavy metal band W.A.S.P.'s 20 year existence has been as turbulent as the music they play. It was song lyrics from W.A.S.P. that spawned a series of congressional hearing that resulted in the label warning of explicit language that appear on records in the US.

Founding member Blackie Lawless and the rest of W.A.S.P. have a new album "The Neon God: Part One" due out April 6. "The Neon God: Part Two" is scheduled for release some time over the summer. Currently on tour in Europe W.A.S.P. will return in July for a North American tour. Montreal on August 8 is the lone Canadian show on their trip.
