Goodbye Flatland, 54*40 Release Tenth Studio Recording

Twenty years and 10 albums later 54*40 are still rocking their homeland. Named for the slogan made popular during the time when the border between Canada and the US was being decided – 54*40 or fight – the Vancouver natives are rocking both sides of the countries.

The band has just released their tenth studio album "Goodbye Flatland". Along with a new album 54*40 has a new feature on their website, www.5440.com, where fans can download rare MP3s. Currently up for downloading is "Travel With Jack".

Twenty years of rock and roll and 54*40 shows no signs of slowing down. The band is ready to hit the road for a tour of Canada with a side trip to Buffalo, New York April 9 and 10.
