Prince Opens Club 3121 in Vegas

Published: 2006-11-03
Toni Braxton, Elton John, Celine Dione; these are all names Las Vegas is currently familiar with in its musical line up. Prince is the next in a long line of musicians who have decided to make Las Vegas their official stop for performances. What's different is that Prince is transforming Club Rio to Club 3121, inspired by the name of his latest album.

Able to accommodate 1,500 people in a 30,000 square foot space fans will get to taste the cuisine of one of Prince's favourite chef's Lena Morgan and potentially see such artists as Sheila E, Maceo Parker, Floetry, Patti LaBelle, Esthero, and Cee-Lo of Gnarls Barkley fame. Wednesdays will host concerts by artists off Prince's NPG label and Friday and Saturdays Prince will perform. Tickets will run a whopping $125 for the over 21 shows, nothing new to Las Vegas entertainment.
