John Reuben and Last Tuesday Nearly Die on Tour

Published: 2006-10-20
Ohio rapper, John Reuben and Pennsylvania punk band Last Tuesday were on the road in separate vans to a show they'd be performing at together in Montana on October 17 when they both ran into what "appeared" to be some problems. Reuben's van broke down and then Last Tuesday's van broke down as they were coming from their previous destinations causing both bands to miss the show.

Reuben is quoted as saying to fans that he was informed about what happened when he and Last Tuesday were scheduled to be on stage, "I found something out today that gave me chillsÖat 3:15pm a lighting truss fell down and landed directly in the middle of the stage which is exactly where we and Last Tuesday would have been standing if our vans had not broken down. The lighting truss is very heavy and everyone who was there said that it would have killed or badly injured either us or Last Tuesday had we been there. Many times in life we are in situations and we start to think "why". I just wanted to share that story with you all to let you know that there is always a reason even if we don't fully comprehend it at the time."

Canadians can catch the bands tonight in Medford, OR at Table Rock Fellowship at 7pm or November 9 in Richland, MI at Resurrection Life Church at 7pm.
