The Hold Steady Tour Behind 'Boys and Girls in America'

The classic indie rockers that make up The Hold Steady are in the midst of a tour supporting their latest album and they have added more cities to the list.

The band released their debut album Almost Killed Me in 2004 and followed it up with Separation Sunday in 2005. Their latest release, Boys and Girls in America came out October 3.

Now, the five member band are out on the road, backing Boys and Girls in America and fans who pre-order tickets to the shows will get an exclusive MP3 of the tune "Chips Ahoy!"

The Hold Steady will hit some Canadian cities during their North American tour. They are touring with Sean Na Na.

Oct. 20, Vancouver, BC - The Plaza Club
Oct. 28, Toronto, ON - Horseshoe Tavern
Oct. 29, Ottawa, ON - Zaphod Beeblebrox
