Experimental folk rock group Akron Family is hitting the road with their sophomore release this fall.

After the success of the band's self-titled debut in 2005, they spent most of the following year on the road touring every inch of this country from Nanaimo, BC to Sackville, NB. Though not quite as extensive as their last tour, the band is hitting the road again this fall behind a brand new record.

Meek Warrior is set to hit stores on September 25 - here's what will be on it:

"Blessing Force"
"Gone Beyond"
"Meek Warrior"
"No Space in This Realm"
"The Lightning Bolt of Compassion"
"The Rider (Dolphin Song)"
"Love and Space"

They'll also be stopping in a few cities to play live shows, starting in New York at the end of September. Then they'll head through Canada on a few dates ending up in Montreal on October 7. Here's where they're headed:

October 5, Toronto, ON - Lee's Palace
October 6, Ottawa, ON - First Baptist Church
October 7, Montreal, QC - Le National
