Bob Dylan and iTunes team up for 'Modern Times'

Fans who want to see legendary folk singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in concert this summer may have to line up behind some iTunes users.

Dylan has teamed up with the digital music store to let people who pre-order his upcoming release Modern Times through iTunes have advanced access to tickets to his upcoming tour.

Beginning right now you can pre-order Modern Times before its release date of August 29 to receive a special access code to be able to purchase tickets to a Dylan show from August 30-September 2. The public will be allowed to buy tickets on September 9.

The iTunes version of Modern Times will also include five bonus videos including ""Cold Irons Bound" (shot live on the film soundstage during the making of "Masked & Anonymous"), "Blood In My Eyes," "Things Have Changed," "Love Sick" (from the 1998 Grammy Awards) and the iTunes exclusive "Jokerman,"" according to Livedaily.

Also released that day is The Collection which will include Dylan's entire catalogue as well as 42 extra rarities for $199.

Prior to his fall tour, Dylan will be doing shows at minor league baseball parks in the US. Fall tour dates are still TBA but according to Livedaily, Dylan will be making stops in Vancouver, London, Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.
