James Blunt back on the road

Published: 2006-07-25
British singer-songwriter James Blunt is still riding high on his debut album Back to Bedlam with another stint on the road.

Still soaring on the success of singles like "You're Beautiful," "Goodbye My Lover" and "Wisemen" Blunt spent most of 2006 touring behind his 2004 release and already passed through Toronto and Montreal in March. After wrapping up in North America, Blunt toured worldwide including Australia, Japan, Mexico and Spain, just to name a few.

Blunt will be taking a breather from the end of his European tour this month until the fall when he will be touring North America once again. He'll be starting his tour in Quebec and stopping at a couple of spots in Ontario before heading into the United States. But he will be trekking back onto this side of the border to hit the West Coast.

Here's where he's stopping in Canada:

October 1, Montreal, QC - Bell Centre
October 2, Ottawa, ON - Scotiabank Place
October 3, Toronto, ON - Air Canada Centre
October 31, Winnipeg, MB - MTS Centre
November 2, Edmonton, AB - Rexall Centre
November 3, Calgary, AB - Saddledome
November 5, Vancouver, BC - GM Place
