Pint sized UK MC Lady Sovereign is getting ready to drop her first full-length album.

With an image completely opposite of most of the mainstream rappers out today, Lady Sovereign (born Louise Amanda Harman) has gained the respect of some of the biggest players in the game. After gaining a bit of buzz with her EPs Blah Blah and Vertically Challenged she scored an audition with Def Jam CEO and rapper extraordinaire Jay-Z.

In a room with Jay-Z, Usher and record executive LA Reid, Sovereign knocked their socks off enough to be signed as the first non-American female rapper to Def Jam.

Her record Public Warning is set to hit stores on October 3 preceded by her first single "Love Me or Hate Me."

Here's what the rest of her record will look like:
"9 to 5"
"Public Warning"
"Love Me or Hate Me"
"My England"
"A Little Bit of Shhh"
"Those Were the Days"
"Blah Blah"
"Fiddle With the Volume"
