Tony Bennett turns 80, Makes Album

Tony Bennett is celebrating his 80th birthday with a brand new album.

The crooner, who's been making hits since the 50s, has enlisted some high profile help with his birthday album Duets - An American Classic.

Due out on September 26th, the album boasts duets with the music industry's foremost movers and shakers including Paul McCartney, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Bono. He's also enlisted the help of a few talented Canadians including jazz songstress Diana Krall, folk rocker k.d. lang and fellow crooner Michael BublČ.

Target, the US department store chain, will carry a special edition of the album with a behind-the-scenes DVD.
