Sirius satellite radio is getting a 24/7 Catholic station.

The Catholic Channel will work in Archdiocese of New York and will feature programming focused on Catholicism in the 21st Century including talk shows, news and of course music. The station will also broadcast daily masses from St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York.

According to Billboard Radio Monitor Sirius said in a press release that the station will also include input from their audience, "Listeners will be encouraged to call in to talk about the issues that are on their mind and in the news, everything from what's happening in the church today, to the headline stories of current events and politics, and the latest in the world of entertainment, the arts and sports."

Though there is no exact date, the channel is set to launch this fall.
