Last month the Red Hot Chili Peppers teased fans by announcing a North American tour with locations, but not divulging details of dates or venues.
But finally, after weeks of waiting anxiously, the details for the Chili Peppers' nine Canadian tour dates have been revealed.
The California rockers are touring behind their album Stadium Arcadium, which is set to hit stores May 9. The follow up to 2002's By The Way has already spawned the single "Dani California" which is currently available for download at iTunes digital music store. Fans who purchase the rest of the double album there on Tuesday will also pick up a band documentary about the making of the video for "Dani California," as well as some digital art.
The Chilies won't be headed to North America until August, when they'll start out on the West coast of the US. Following those dates the band will be heading into Canada for most of September and will then play some more American dates before wrapping up the tour ab the beginning of November.
