Radiohead Tour without New Album

Published: 2006-05-02
Brit rockers Radiohead are heading out on a North American tour, despite not having a new record to promote.

According to reports, the follow up to 2003's Hail to the Thief will not be out this year, but fans will get set to hear some new material this summer on the road.

The ten-city tour will consist of two-night stops for nine North American cities and a one-night stand in Manchester, Tennessee for the Bonnaroo Music Festival. Two of the lucky cities slated for the shows are Canadian ones - Toronto and Montreal - so Radiohead fans should be sure to set aside some extra cash from this week's pay cheque.

Tickets to the Montreal show will go on sale on May 5 and the next day for the Toronto show.

Here are the details:

June 7, Toronto, ON - Hummingbird Centre
June 8, Toronto, ON - Hummingbird Centre
June 10, Montreal, QC - Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier
June 11, Montreal, QC - Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier
