Michael BublČ Hits Tube Before Tour

Published: 2006-02-03
Crooner Michael BublČ is heading out on a North American tour throughout February and March, but if you can't catch him on the road, he'll also be making a few appearances on your TV screen.

The Canadian jazz-pop singer landed a record deal after performing a tune at the wedding of former prime minister Brian Mulroney's daughter. Mulroney soon introduced BublČ to record producer David Foster, and the rest is history.

BublČ is touring with a host of material that Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett might have toured with in their time, including songs like "Fever," "The Way You Look Tonight," and "I've Got You Under My Skin."

But while on the road, he'll also stop in at the Today Show stage at Rockefeller Plaza on today and make an appearance on the hit reality-television show Dancing with the Stars on February 17th. And of course the Canadian native will be doing a tune at the Junos on April 2nd.

If you can't catch him on tour or on TV, you can surely get a copy of his two-disc live CD, Caught in the Act, released last year.
