onlyforward Goes Back and Forth Across the Country

Published: 2006-02-02
Pop rock Montreal band Onlyforward is heading out on the road to promote its debut album, Everything's Perfect.

Lead singer Dave Martel, guitarist Jesse Sauve, bassist Ian Yule, and drummer Roy Vuorela got together in 2003 in Montreal. This past summer the band went through a bit of a lineup change when Vuorela amicably left the band and was replaced by Yanick Fienette. But Vuorela did stick around long enough to be in the video for their first single, "Trees."

They'll be starting their trek in Ottawa this weekend and making their way through the Prairies before heading back to Ontario for Canadian Music Week in Toronto and rounding off the tour with a stop in New York and Montreal.
