Singer songwriter Leslie Feist is doing double duty, touring solo and with Broken Social Scene.
The multiple-Juno-award-winner known just as Feist is heading out on tour to promote her newest solo album, 2004's Let it Die. She's currently on a solo North American tour, starting off in Canada and then heading into the US. Paso Mino will be opening her show in Canada, and Jason Collett will be opening in the US. But before she visits our friends to the south, she'll do a couple of shows in Toronto with Broken Social Scene.
Feist is no stranger to playing with others. In the past, she's been a member of Placebo and also By Divine Right.
If you're a fan on the East Coast, you've probably already seen her, and for those of you in Montreal, the venue has changed from Spectrum to Metropolis.
If you're somewhere else in the country, here's where she'll be for the rest of the week:
January 16, Quebec City, QC - Cabaret du Capitol
January 17, Montreal, QC - Metropolis
January 18, Kingston, ON - AJ's Hangar
January 19, Ottawa, ON - Capital Music Hall
January 20, Toronto, ON - Kool Haus (Broken Social Scene)
January 21, Toronto, ON - Kool Haus (Broken Social Scene)
