Rock for Relief

It has been a year full of devastating natural disasters, from last winter's tsunami in Asia to the hurricanes in the Southern United States and the earthquake in Pakistan; people all over the world are in need of help to rebuild their lives.

A group of musicians have stepped up to help and on January 31 Foundations and Zoe/Rounder Records will release a compilation CD called Rock for Relief.

Proceeds will be donated to Mercy Corps A non profit aid organization for victims of all of the last year's natural disasters.

Artists like Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, Howie Day and Guster are all contributing songs to the effort.
