Indie rock band Bayside is back on the road a mere three weeks after tragedy struck the band.

Currently on tour with label mates Hawthorne Heights the band's bus hit a patch of ice just outside Cheyenne, NY. As a result the band lost their drummer John "Beatz" Halloram and their bassist Nick Ghanbarian was seriously injured and is still in hospital.

Singer Anthony Raneri and guitarist Jack O'Shea though also in the ill fated bus only suffered minor injuries and as a result are heading back on the road as an acoustic duo.

"The outpouring of support from the public has been incredible," said Raneri in a press release. "We really appreciate the donations and massive amount of mail from fans sharing their sorrow over the loss of John. It's amazing to know how many lives he touched."

If you want to catch the duo they'll be on the Never Sleep Again tour on these dates:

November 30 - Toronto, ON- Phoenix Concert Theatre
December 1 - Montreal, QC - Spectrum
