Lisa Loebís New 'Single'

Published: 2005-11-16
Though she's a fun, brilliant, quirky singer-songwriter, she has never gained as much success as she did for her 90s single "Stay (I Missed You)" from the Reality Bites soundtrack and her CD Tails.

So like so many stars of days past, she's making a comeback, sort of.

Starting in January 2006, Loeb will be starring in her own reality TV show on E! The show will be called #1 Single, and according to a press release, "Newly single, Loeb is moving back to New York, where she will dip her toe into the dating pool for the first time since college."

Apparently Loeb has just gotten out of her second long-term relationship, and the show will showcase how she's dealing with being single again and will feature a cast of her wacky friends and family with their own takes on her newly single status.

Loeb joins a myriad of other celebrities whose heyday has come and gone and are now showcasing their "unscripted" lives for all their fans to see.

Personally, I think she should just keep doing what she does best: making music.
