Tony Parker: The Next NBA Rappeur?

Published: 2005-11-02
Despite the fact that NBA players like Shaq and Kobe have already attempted music careers and failed, another basketball player is picking up the mic.

San Antonio Spurs' point guard Tony Parker has won two NBA championships, and upon winning in 2005, he performed a French rap song in front of the basketball crowd.

The France native has already performed on a track called "Top of the Game" with Fabolous and French rapper Booba. The video for the tune was just recently filmed and features Parker's teammates Robert Horry, Tim Duncan, Nazr Mohammed, and Brent Barry.

The album currently in the works will be done in Parker's native French.

No released date has been set as of yet.
