Killers Make an Even Bigger 'Fuss' of Debut Album

Published: 2005-10-19
The Killers are once again repackaging and re-releasing their debut album, Hot Fuss, the third time the group will issue the disc.

The Vegas band, known as much for its rivalries with other bands as its catchy tunes, originally released Hot Fuss in June of 2004. The album was so successful that it spawned an expanded, limited edition this past August with a few additional tracks. But the Killers aren't done releasing the songs from their first album.

On November 22nd the Killers will be releasing a box set with a 7-inch vinyl single of each tune on the original album, a total of eleven records. Each disc will contain not only a Hot Fuss tune but also a b-side or remix. You will find remixes of hit tunes like "Somebody Told Me" and "Mr. Brightside," and non-album tracks "The Ballad of Michael Valentine," "Under the Gun," and "Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll," which were also featured on the limited edition release.

Only 5000 copies of this box set will be made available.

Or if you prefer you can wait until next year for some new Killers material, which the band is working on right now.
