Hella back Dillinger Escape Plan on tour

Published: 2005-10-18
If you're all about experimental music then don't miss Dillinger Escape Plan and Hella on the road this fall.

Dillinger Escape Plan combines hardcore punk music and jazz to create a sound all their own. Their most recent album Miss Machine was released in 2004 and was the first with new lead singer Greg Puciato.

Hella is a duo featuring Spencer Seim and Zach Hill. Their most recent album is actually two albums, one by each member Church Gone Wild/Chripin Hard a la Outkast's Speakerboxx/The Love Below but with a much different sound. The indie duo also enjoys an experimental sound with Seim's Chripin Hard featuring the eight-bit sound of Nintendo music. Live on stage the duo will be joined by Dan Elkan on vocals and Jonathan Hischke on bass guitar.

The two bands will be swinging by Canada in November:

November 6, Ottawa, ON - Babylon
November 7, Hamilton, ON - The Underground
November 8, Montreal, QC - Cabaret Le Tulipe
November 9, Toronto, ON - Opera House
November 13, Edmonton, AB - Starlite Room
November 14, Calgary, AB - MacEwan Hall
November 15, Vancouver, BC - The Redroom
