David Bowie will release stocking-stuffer

Published: 2005-09-21
Christmas will come early for David Bowie fans this year, as the artist is set to release his Platinum Collection on November 7.

The collection is strikingly similar to the Best of Bowie released in 2002, but fans of the artist don't seem to mind.

Comments on one fan site read, "This is still an impressive track listing, collecting various stages of his career making it easy to select a certain CD for a certain mood.

"Disc one is for Saturday nights with red wine and the volume turned right up...and disc three when ever you need to dance around a little."
