Anyone remember the Stills? It hasn't been that long since Logic Will Break Your Heart received some buzz, but so many '80s inspired bands have come out since then that it's kinda hard to keep track. Of course the main defining factor of the Stills is that they're Canadian (hot), and are from Montreal (double hot).
After spending quite a bit of time in the studio working on the all-important second LP, the mope rockers are ready to get back onto the stage and milk some of this global attention Canada's music scene is receiving. Since Canada is actually looking at itself for once, there really is no better time to tour it, and that's exactly what the four-piece will do.
Targeting college kids, that critical demographic, the band will play universities all over the east, including a few closed shows. The majority are open shows though, and with Arts & Crafts signee the Most Serene Republic opening at least one of the shows and Jason Collett three others, tickets should sell.
