controller.controller Finish 'X-Amounts'

Published: 2005-08-25
After over a year and a half of touring behind their 2004 record History, Toronto five-piece controller.controller will finally have some new material to take to the stage. When they had time to finish it is a mystery, but the electro-rockers announced through their website that they've finished up work on their new album, X-Amounts.

Fans of the band can get their hands on X-Amounts on October 11th through Toronto label Paper Bag Records. It's not known how many songs are on X-Amounts just yet, but it will technically be controller.controller's first full-length, since History only contained 7 songs.

Even though controller.controller spent the first half of 2004 on a marathon tour of the UK, USA, and Canada with Death From Above 1979, the quartet will get itself back into high gear for a "full Canadian tour in the fall". There haven't been any details released on the jaunt yet, but check back to the band's website at for updates.

In the meantime catch controller.controller here:
