Marc Cohn's Shooter Arrested

Grammy award winner Marc Cohn, best known for his song "Walking in Memphis" was hit in the temple on Sunday when a shot was fired into his tour van; his driver and tour manager also suffered from minor bullet wounds but all are set for a full recovery. Cohn has since cancelled his remaining 5 tour dates with Suzanne Vega.

The 26 year old suspect, Joseph William Yacteen, is being held in suspicion of attempted first-degree murder, robbery, and other charges. Yacteen was allegedly running from a downtown hotel Sunday night where he had tried to pay his bill with a stolen credit card, and tried to stop Cohn's van in his attempt to escape the authorities.
