The Stones Get Even 'Bigger'

Published: 2005-07-27
After eight years going anywhere but the studio, legendary rock band the Rolling Stones have set September 6th as the day their newest studio effort will drop. Called A Bigger Bang, the album is the band's first since 1997's Bridges to Babylon.

The first singles from A Bigger Bang, "Streets of Love" and "Rough Justice", have already been released to radio. They'll become available for purchase in both CD and vinyl format on August 22nd in the United Kingdom.

Alongside Streets of Love" and "Rough Justice" are 14 other tracks, making it a grand total of 16 songs included on Bang. Some other song titles include "Oh No, Not You Again", "Back Of My Hand", "Rain Fall Down", "Laugh, I Nearly Died", "It Won't Take Long", and two Keith Richards-sung tracks "Infamy" and "This Place Is Empty".

As everyone on the face of the planet knows, the Rolling Stones will be touring behind A Bigger Bang, touching down four times on Canadian soil. Those who won't get to see the band in concert can catch Keith Richards in one of the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sequels, which he has reportedly been secured for.
